My item was collected at 4.30pm on the 20Th December 2021 by Avondale courier to be delivered to Titirangi, 12.6 kilometers away, which takes 20 minutes to drive. On the 28th December, its still at the Avondale depot. They tell me to contact Penrose. Penrose tell me that Avondale put it in the wrong bin and it would be delivered on the 29th December. That 9 days since pick-up. Its now the 3rd of January and its still in the Avondale depot. Its been 'scanned' 4 times by the same delivery driver, in this time. NZ Couriers do not give a TOSS about 'service' especially the Avondale depot. When they open heads are going to bloody well roll. And Steve Wells, the General Manager is in for an earful.DisgustedMike Fish.
