My item was not sent within the promised timeframe. I contacted them multiple times and was repeatedly told it would take an additional ‘2-3 weeks’ (which I heard every time after waiting). They ignored some of my emails and responded passively to others. I'm extremely disappointed, and three months later, I'm still being told it's on the way. I would suggest avoiding this rude service.
