I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase. The clothing is adorable, but the belief that you'll receive your order or get any useful support is misleading. I ordered four items nearly six weeks ago, and they still haven't arrived. After waiting four weeks, I contacted customer service via email, and their response was quite rude. They did mention that processing orders might take some time but assured me it wouldn't exceed four weeks. When I followed up at the five-week mark, they informed me it would be another two weeks... and I'm still waiting. I may just cancel, especially since it was intended as a holiday gift. This platform is frustrating, and it seems that once they have your money, they don't care about customer satisfaction. I wish I could share a more positive experience. For fun and quirky gifts, I highly recommend another seller known for their good quality, timely shipping, and helpful customer service.
This seller is a complete scam. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You will be charged an additional, excessive shipping fee ON TOP of the original shipping cost paid during checkout. I would have spent $65 on what was meant to be a $45 shirt, which is about a 45% increase! Keep in mind that U.S. tariffs on shipments from that location are only around 10%. Their customer support is also quite rude, and if you choose to ignore this warning and buy from their website, make sure to use a credit card or payment service.

Who is managing the email responses for this service? They are completely unprofessional and rude. I had an issue with a missing item and was told there was no issue and my case was closed. This kind of customer service is absurd, especially for someone who has placed multiple orders. This will definitely be my last order.
