Ordered in early October and paid $25 for express shipping which stated it would take 3-5 working days after processing time. They gave me a shipping confirmation the NEXT DAY with a tracking number and the subject line “your order is on its way to you.” The website stated to allow several days to a week for processing but as of two weeks after ordering, my item has not even shipped. The customer service stated that my item would not even be ready to ship until the end of October, which is past when I needed it. The customer service was super passive aggressive and basically kept pressuring me to cancel the order. I needed this item for an event and recommended the cute designs to several of my friends but will be telling them and my social media audience not to order from this company if they expect to receive their order anytime soon.
