I have ordered from this company many times between 2013 and 2021, and I noticed some new items on sale that caught my eye. After placing my order, I received an email within half an hour stating that my item was shipping. The notification indicated it would arrive by December 4th, but as of the 11th, there has been no update. I'm quite disappointed.
