For the last 10 months my data has not allowed me to access anything when I’m away from WiFi
I pay over £64 a month for a service that is not working 90% of the time
They are quick to take my money but when I try to contact them about my internet connection they are unable to do anything about it and they lie and bullsit
Promise to recompense me for the troubles I’ve had but don’t
They promise to ring me and they ring me with a 1 ring and it goes straight to voice message leaving me a voicemail that is childish and full of lies
Contacted them so many times and after getting pushed from pillar to post I end up being run around in circles
They cam’t spesk English
Have no idea what I’m talking about despite having ref numbers of my in going complaints
45 mins is the least tone you can wait to an agent who has no idea what they’re talking about
That’s after you’ve listened to the whole speel of recordings from them saying how good they are
I’ve never broken any contract with them & always paid on time but they have constantly broken their contracts with me & im sick of complaining and paying for a service that is not working
