I have had a hand set bought fraudulently with my details and bank account.O2 fraud team were aware and blocked the purchase,but didn't bother to inform me .O2 are now trying to charge me £60 per month for a phone I don't even have.

Absolutly disgusted! They have called me last month to offer me more devices or to find a better deal for me. The airtime services were reduced with £2 only and and assured me that I will have a better internet connection. The internet is the same or even worse. And I have been charged an extra £20, without informing me because I was in the middle of billing cycle. I pay £28.99, so the £20 means nearly another month of services. And I don't know what I pay for because the internet is rubbish.

Finally got through to customers O2 services. Getting fobbed off, automated replies and told to go to my account which has been cancelled and cant claim my credit balance or ring them.
Customer services said 'I dont like your attitude'.
This is what I dont like about O2.
Dismal, unhelpful and unapproachable customer services.
Arrogant O2 staff.
Ridiculous closing down procedure threatening me with bad debts as ive closed my DDebit because I dont owe them anything. Reopened for them to say im now in credit by amount they took.
Attrocious trustpilot reviews.
If I dont get my final cheque from the liars its legal recourse.

Was sold O2 SIM card by mistake as a bundle with Virgin Media. Asked to terminate the contract as soon as received the card as didn’t need one. Spent hours on the phone with 3 different managers. The contract was not terminated despite the fact that I was told that everything was done for me twice!!! Third time the contract was terminated BUT they changed me £90 for the pleasure. They are a bunch of thieves, don’t use them! The worst experience of my life

I tried to login to the app today to see how long left on my contract. The app didn't sign me in saying I had to link my virgin media account ( that I don't have,) to my O2 account. It sent me verification emails and I clicked approve and it then goes around on a loop, sending me emails , verifying and then repeating. Since O2 joined virgin media it's absolutely appalling customer service that you cannot check your own information without making two accounts absolutely pathetic waste of time

I spent 40 minutes on a call and asked 3 questions..none of which were answered ..and then I was told to ring 4444 to check my balance ..and it only works if you have bolt ons...either I got THE WORST customer service person IN THE WORLD or maybe that s the standard of help these days

Mid-contract increases, very poor response to complaints and now that my contract is finally ending they've been very keen to extract the last pennies they can, charging me without any itemised bill, something I specifically demanded after they'd erroneously tried to charge me an early cancellation fee.

Great Experience. I have to say reading all these reviews is quite a shock. Just joined after 20 years with EE. Smooth port over. Signal good and great 5G data speeds compared with EE even better signal at home and work. £6 a month with 40Gb data doubled as Virgin Volt customer. Chatted on the chat few times always helpful and resolved my questions. If you tempted use comparison site for sim then you can change your tariff anytime you want. I started on £8 and reduced to £6 2 days later. Can also roam free as well as EE discusting costs for adding roaming package. Up to now quite happy with 12 month sim deal.

Because of the following review of o2's unlawful abuse of me regarding my other, essential phone for my hearing difficulties, O2 have criminally invalidated its sim and left me as a vulnerable elderly disabled person. I am being unlawfully abused by o2.
I am aged 70 and not familiar with modern technology and so my main phone is not an internet connectable one. I am hard of hearing and reliant on that phone for making and receiving phonecalls as it has a good speaker option. It is essential for my well-being.
However, for no reason other than the fault of o2 I am unable to receive calls from my motor insurer re a claim.
It is a basic non-internet phone with uncomplicated settings which I have checked. The phone doesn't have a do not disturb option, no numbers are blocked on it, and call barring, diverting, etc are all turned off. My motor insurer's number is in my contacts. All this taken into consideration, I can't understand why solely my insurer can't contact me.
My complaint is that I am having my lawful rights abused by o2, because they are unlawfully denying me help.
I have phoned their customer service as a pay as you go customer on numerous occasions to ask for their assistance in resolving this issue but they continue to deny me that right.
When I get through to a recipient at their customer care and explain, they put me on hold for ages before telling me they'll put me through to a technician; however, I am kept waiting for ages again only to be told, despite my having told them that I am on pay as you go, that I have the wrong department and they can't help me.
I have attempted to escalate my complaint with o2 but to no avail. They evincibly have no respect for their customers and, unless you want to be abused by their criminal indifference, use one of the many other, much better network providers available.
I will keep you posted about this crime being committed against me by o2.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from O2. The overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I was cut off multiple times while trying to resolve a simple issue, which meant having to repeatedly call back and explain everything again.
Communication was also a major problem. The representative struggled to communicate clearly in English, which made the situation even more difficult. At one point, I was even asked to “speak English,” despite already doing so — which was both confusing and unprofessional.
Good customer service relies on clear communication and reliability, and unfortunately this experience delivered neither. I expect much better from a major provider like O2
