I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from O2. The overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I was cut off multiple times while trying to resolve a simple issue, which meant having to repeatedly call back and explain everything again.
Communication was also a major problem. The representative struggled to communicate clearly in English, which made the situation even more difficult. At one point, I was even asked to “speak English,” despite already doing so — which was both confusing and unprofessional.
Good customer service relies on clear communication and reliability, and unfortunately this experience delivered neither. I expect much better from a major provider like O2
