I tried to login to the app today to see how long left on my contract. The app didn't sign me in saying I had to link my virgin media account ( that I don't have,) to my O2 account. It sent me verification emails and I clicked approve and it then goes around on a loop, sending me emails , verifying and then repeating. Since O2 joined virgin media it's absolutely appalling customer service that you cannot check your own information without making two accounts absolutely pathetic waste of time
