It has been 3 months since my first complaint to O2. Since then I have written to their CEO on several occasions and now copied him in to every email I send them . Payments promised and never received apart a cheque issued in the wrong name. This level of customer service is beyond a joke. If you are thinking of moving to O2 don't. You'll save a lot of bother !
