IS THERE LESS THAN 1 STAR? Every time I call o2 customer service for help, I end up crying. I'm serious. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 years, and even my boss wrote them a letter saying that I cannot use the contract because I travel internationally for work. Regardless, they keep extending it and are now forcing me to pay until October 2018... AGAIN. On top of that, even though I have been a customer for 4 years, they refuse to give me the same deals that the new customers get. So I'm stuck with a 4-year-old outdated contract. No phone. No service. Half the time my internet and network doesn't function. When I call and ask to speak to the manager various different employees have told me "I don't want to bother the manager with your problem" and hung up on me. There is nothing in the past 4 years of living in Germany that has made me cry so many times. Not even the taxes. F you o2. Sincerely, another depressed customer.
