Terrible Scam, my girlfriend have bought SIM card just for 1 month of interenet, in the end of the story we got invitation to court and $1000 penalty.

Sellers are lying to it's customers to get sign up of contract and after that you will have a terrbile couple of month, wasting your time to cancell contract with these scumbag centers and lawyers.

I attempted to cancel my number, but the representative I spoke with had poor English skills and hung up on me twice. On my third call, she answered without saying anything, leaving me in silence. Very disappointing customer service.

Terrible customer support experience

I had one of the worst experiences with an agent today. I purchased two phones as gifts and had them shipped to a different address, but no one was there to receive them. When I asked if I could get the same deal again, the agent insisted I was wrong about the shipment, despite having proof of the tracking information. After a frustrating conversation, I decided to purchase the phones elsewhere. This experience has left me disappointed after six years of loyalty.

Poor service and website experience

Unfortunately, the company appears to be filled with untrained staff eager to lock you into long contracts. The online portal is slow and hard to navigate, making contract management a hassle. Contacting customer service is also problematic. Overall, my experience has been very negative, and I wouldn't recommend this service.

Difficult user interface

Even smaller providers have better customer login portals than this company. It's frustrating trying to find invoices or manage my account. They seem to focus more on community questions than on creating a user-friendly interface.
