I just received a call from the hotline regarding my mobile contract. A call I didn’t ask for. Anyway, the service representative was running through his sentences telling me that I could use unlimited data volume now and the price would stay consistant at 24,95€ as long as I keep the 2nd mobile conract going where I get a discount and he was always finishing his sentences with yes?! He was so fast that I had to rephrase his sentences to be able to underetand what he was actually saying. It just clicked then that I noticed that he wanted to press me to agree to an upgrade to an unlimited contract from 7€/month to 24,95/50€/month!!!! This is an absolute disgrace!!! Trying to overtalk people and to manipulate them into agreeing to more expensive contracts. This isn‘t the first time I made bad experinces with O2!!!! Be careful what these guys are telling you!!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to!!!!
