I sent my device using the prepaid return envelope provided by the service. The parcel was tracked and ended up delayed for weeks at a sorting facility. The company insisted on proof of postage before they would look into the matter, which I provided promptly. It still took over two months for them to address the issue. After several follow-up emails, they finally replied with a message stating they’d processed a payment of £150 on 3 December 2025, although they had initially valued the device at £365. They refused to clarify which account the payment was sent to, and I’ve checked all my accounts without receiving anything. Waiting two months for them to investigate a parcel that was stuck in their own network is frustrating, and to undervalue the handset while withholding payment details is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I’d advise caution if you’re considering this service. The process was prolonged, communication was poor, and the outcome felt deceptive.
