I posted my device on 29th October using their method. Now it’s December, and I am still trying to recover my £115. The service has been chaotic from the beginning: they claimed my device was 'Lost in Transit' and made me wait for a lengthy investigation period. I was told by an agent on 2nd December that my payment was approved and would arrive in my account 'within 5 days.' This turned out to be false. When I followed up, they ignored the promise and tried to restart the investigation by asking for details I had already provided. They seem to be stalling and disregarding consumer rights. I have now been forced to prepare a legal letter to take them to Small Claims Court. If you’re considering trading in your phone here, I highly recommend you don’t. Sell it privately or choose a reputable recycler instead.
