I sent in my phone valued at £257.25, along with an additional bonus for using this service. They confirmed receipt on 30th September and promised a credit of £357.25. However, my bill generated on 15th October did not reflect this credit. Despite contacting both the support team and recycling team, they claimed it would appear on my next bill, but it did not. I have provided a reference number and email proof, but they still cannot locate my account details. I am being passed back and forth between departments without any resolution. It feels like my property has been taken without compensation, and I will be pursuing this further. I expect my device to be returned and someone to contact me!
