After multiple follow-ups, they finally responded, stating they processed a payment of £150 on 3 December 2025, despite initially valuing my device at £365. They won’t confirm which account the payment was sent to, and I’ve checked all my accounts with no payment received. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I would advise caution if considering this service. The process was lengthy, communication was poor, and the outcome felt misleading.
