We visited OFL Portrack ,Stockton. We browsed the selection of 3 str recliners and chose the Goodwood 3 str recliner, the sofa we sat on was soft and comfortable, however the sofa that was delivered was i believe from a totally different manufacturer, it was hard and so uncomfortable we returned to the store the next day to check the sofa on the shop floor and we were right, totally different confort.We were then told the shop floor model was 5 years old. Not having time to wait 5 years for comfort we arranged return, and stung by a collection fee of £100 . Don't fall into this trap folks, you buy a sofa on the expectation of it being somewhat firmer but not like what we experienced. You've lost my custom forever
