Inflexible exchange policy. I wanted to exchange 2 double wardrobes that wouldn't fit up my stairs for one triple wardrobe.

They wanted to charge me for an exchange and a return as there were two items returning rather than the standard exchange fee on the order.

Bad business, not good customer experience. I'll buy from someone else and not buy from them again.

Was worth the wait, item arrived as per specification and well packaged. Delivery guys were friendly and very helpful in placing items in house. Quality is very good and assembly instructions easy to follow. Very good design, comfortable to sleep and aesthetically pleasing.

We went to the Oak Furniture in Trafford near Man Unt stadium . From the entrance we were greated by member of staff who was very polite, honorable and down to earth person . He introduced him self, and he was very cam , patience and a very humble man that explained everything to us and made so easy for my wife and I, as we are so fussy and not easy satisfied costumers .

In January I ordered a 4 seater sofa and an armchair which cost all in £3500 it arrived on Tuesday 1

In January I ordered a 4 seater sofa and an armchair which cost all in £3500 it arrived on Tuesday 16th Feb. Unfortunately I had to be in Ireland for my mother's funeral so my daughter dealt with the delivery, she sent me photos the sofa and chair which had no feet attached only the delivery wheels. I called customer services and was told it may be 4 to 6 weeks before the technicians would be in my area to fix the problem or they could send me the feet and I could put them on myself and they would refund me £150 which I accepted. Then my Daughter noticed the sofa had instead of 2 long bolster cushions at the back and 2 scatter cushions it had 1 long bolster cushion at 1 side and 4 scatter cushions at the other side which made the sofa completely unusable. I was offered £350 refund to accepted the sofa like this or wait till all the issues were resolved which would take 6 to 8 weeks and I would be offered a good will gesture but they couldn't give me an estimate of what the good will gesture would be after paying £3500, this I believe was a derisory offer and in noway was I accepiting this,so now my furniture has to be returned and I'm left with nothing to sit on until I get something else, absolutely I won't ever use this appalling company again.

Kevin showed us different sofa's that could fit in our living room & he gave us information to take back home to measure and check before we made any decision.
Steve placed our order on our return to the store, he went through everything with us when we purchased the corner recliner sofa.

So from the start, going in to Ruislip store, (then placing the order over the phone with them) to finish, guys who delivered, everything and person, went really well. The message updates, the due delivery and whole pipeline was so good. We are delighted with the coffee table. We had a lot from you in the covid year 2020. Bought from Watford.
