In January I ordered a 4 seater sofa and an armchair which cost all in £3500 it arrived on Tuesday 16th Feb. Unfortunately I had to be in Ireland for my mother's funeral so my daughter dealt with the delivery, she sent me photos the sofa and chair which had no feet attached only the delivery wheels. I called customer services and was told it may be 4 to 6 weeks before the technicians would be in my area to fix the problem or they could send me the feet and I could put them on myself and they would refund me £150 which I accepted. Then my Daughter noticed the sofa had instead of 2 long bolster cushions at the back and 2 scatter cushions it had 1 long bolster cushion at 1 side and 4 scatter cushions at the other side which made the sofa completely unusable. I was offered £350 refund to accepted the sofa like this or wait till all the issues were resolved which would take 6 to 8 weeks and I would be offered a good will gesture but they couldn't give me an estimate of what the good will gesture would be after paying £3500, this I believe was a derisory offer and in noway was I accepiting this,so now my furniture has to be returned and I'm left with nothing to sit on until I get something else, absolutely I won't ever use this appalling company again.
