Ordered dining room furniture 6th January - date for delivery 12th March. Confirmed that all would be delivered on that date using Premier Service. The delivery duly arrived and staff started to assemble furniture. Table, chairs and Display Cabinet all okay, however when the driver got the sideboard to the door he realised that it was from the wrong range. He said warehouse must have removed ours from the van and left a cancelled sideboard from a different range on the van!!! They informed customer service of the mistake and the following day they called us quoting a delivery date of the 24/04/2026!!!!!!!!!. Surely it should just be a case of delivering the correct one. Absolute nonsense to expect us to have to wait SIX weeks for what should have been still in the warehouse. I expressed my disappointment to customer service and they promised to call me back on Friday. NO CALL FROM ANYONE.
