I wanted to return an item as decided it wasn’t right for the room. Customer service was helpful and changed my order. I had originally paid for premium delivery and did not have to pay again for item to be removed and new items delivered except for a £10 charge.
Furniture was delivered on time by careful delivery men. All furniture as expected, excellent service
