Both Prabdeep and Simon at the Solihull store were patient, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable . We spent quite a bit of time deliberating between bookcases and we did not feel hurried or pressurised. We even went for a coffee and came back later. The range in this shop is excellent and the quality of the furniture impressive. This coupled with two excellent staff who listened to our needs made for a very pleasant visit and purchase.
