I have waited two years in hopes of receiving help. The company we were directed to employed an unqualified builder, forcing us to redo all the work. We are still waiting for compensation due to incorrectly laid flooring. Promises have been made but not kept, and the company is ignoring my requests for assistance. Since my last update, I have reached out to multiple contacts, but my emails go unanswered. Even the representative who was once helpful seems to have been instructed to disregard my inquiries. We feel abandoned.
