The customer support is a complete joke. They admit to using a translation tool for responses, which is why they struggle to answer even basic questions accurately. I received a promo code for encoders, but it turns out they were excluded. When I asked about this, I was told to sign up for the newsletter to stay updated on offers, even though those offers are also excluded. They need to improve their ability to understand and respond accurately to inquiries. I attempted to file a complaint, but received no follow-up. Just typical corporate nonsense.
