It is a great helmet I like it! The only thing wrong is the earpiece fell out and I lost it. They don’t have replacement parts. It’s a hassle dealing with warranty, I will take a month or more for any results from the company! I don’t understand why they don’t sell just the earpiece instead of having to send a whole helmet back. And now I’m without a helmet for almost a month.

Customer service is shocking. Most negative reviews reflect that Oakley standards across the board have gone down the toilet, and they are not wrong.

Despite many many emails, they just ignore me and treat me with contempt. DISGUSTING. I am going to leave a review every time they ignore my communications. Social media also !!!

Im on my 3rd pair of hstn, love the shape but this 3rd pair the quality is rubbish for the price you pay. The arch over your nose now has seperate silicon peices that fall off, That's not quality especially when to replace is $38 plus postage for the replacement for a peice of silicon. There was nothing wrong with the old design.

Disappointing Quality After Short Use

The gloves ripped at the thumb area on both hands after only 3 days of use, without any extreme activity involved. This is a clear indication of poor quality, and I feel let down given the price and reputation.

These goggles perform wonderfully in low light and are surprisingly effective on sunny days, making them a solid choice overall. They fit perfectly and never fog up. Great quality but battery life needs improvement

As a runner, I had been searching for a pair of sunglasses that would allow me to listen to music while running, and after a few months of research, I finally purchased these a few days ago. However, during my run in Calgary at -9° C, the battery unexpectedly died before I could complete 4 km or 2.5 miles. I had been enjoying music throughout my run, but I anticipated that the battery would last at least an hour. Given my experience with half and full marathons, I'm concerned about the battery longevity. I plan to reach out to technical support to clarify if this is typical, but I must admit I was somewhat disappointed. On the positive side, the quality of the videos and pictures, the audio, and the overall comfort on my face are all excellent. Yet, if I can't enjoy music for an hour, that really dampens the experience, especially considering the C$720 price tag.

Disappointing Experience with Missing Orders

I ordered three pairs of sunglasses during the Black Friday sales. One arrived on time, but another was misdelivered 15km away. I had to get UPS involved since the company did not assist. The third pair is still missing after a week, officially declared lost by UPS, yet the company is hesitant to send a replacement. Very disappointing.

Frustrating and unhelpful customer service

The customer service experience is quite disappointing. They openly admit to using a translation tool, which leads to inaccurate responses. I received a promo code for a product that was later excluded from the offer. When I asked for clarification, I was directed to subscribe to the newsletter for updates on offers, which are also excluded. They need to better understand questions and provide accurate answers. I tried to file a complaint, but there was no follow-up. Just typical corporate nonsense.

The customer support is a complete joke. They admit to using a translation tool for responses, which is why they struggle to answer even basic questions accurately. I received a promo code for encoders, but it turns out they were excluded. When I asked about this, I was told to sign up for the newsletter to stay updated on offers, even though those offers are also excluded. They need to improve their ability to understand and respond accurately to inquiries. I attempted to file a complaint, but received no follow-up. Just typical corporate nonsense.
