I started off buying Oakley frames because of my kid and then I started liking them. I'm mostly stuck with metal frames which all the frames that I've had most of them were okay The downfall I mostly got was the case for them. Granted their metal with some kind of casing around it to make them look snazzy but underneath it's all rusted metal. Wasn't a fan of that.. but recently this year I tried to get a different style frames. So I go on the website and start browsing around. That way I can go see my eye doctor and determine what kind of frames I want so I figure out what I wanted seeing that I could customize them. Got them all customized through the website. I go to my eye doctors, the secretary punches everything in even holding my phone to make sure everything's plugged in right while I was seen by the doctor I get done and we got a problem. My frames don't get to be the color that I chose. I have to deal with a certain color frame which don't make sense to me. I call ugly about it. They basically said there's nothing they can do about it. So if that's the case, why not somehow inform people when they go to look at products like that. Now I'm stuck with a color I wasn't really wanting to choose but I'll deal with. On top of that my glasses are also on back order🤔 Thanks, Oakley
