Very disappointed with this experience. I received an email saying my glasses order was cancelled because we supposedly didn’t confirm the lens type, even though we had already done so and received confirmation that our prescription was accepted and the glasses were being processed.
When I called, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that we would have to place the order again.
This might seem like a small issue to the company, but it is not for us. My husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and these sunglasses were something he was really looking forward to using for golf during what may be his last season. Instead of receiving them, we were left with added stress during an already incredibly difficult time.
I expected far better care and accountability from such a large company.
