You would think that when you’re spending $300 on sunglasses, the least you could do is include a case and a cleaning cloth. I did not receive my bird beak nose guard nor did I receive my cleaning cloth. They now extort you to buy a case when at one point they were sending you sunglasses in a case. Customer service apparently keeps banker hours, so good luck trying to catch them. I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with them for cutting corners with customers who’ve been using the product since the late 80s.
