Over the past four years, I’ve had three different doctors. The main issue seems to be the referral management system. They either fail to send referrals, send multiple requests, or don’t return calls. I’m supposed to be scheduled for a PET scan, but after four days of waiting for a callback, I’m still in the dark. I visited the office today, but everyone was on break, and I left without answers. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I will be searching for a new primary care doctor.
