Made an appointment online for new patient Medicare consultation. Confirmed appointment for 2 weeks out by text. Showed up at 1:00 pm appointment and front desk said I was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Left and returned at 2:00 pm and they said they were in error and my appointment was for 1:00 pm and could not see me this day, They asked to reschedule for another 2 weeks out, Find another health care provider, This office is a joke!
The service shows no concern for its patients! Everything revolves around money! I've been a member for about 2-3 years dealing with arthritis, and all they have done for me is provide ineffective pain medication! As of January 4, 2026, I haven't heard from them in over six months, which clearly indicates their lack of care! They should be held accountable!

I was invited for what was described as an informational visit, with no indication that it would be treated as a medical appointment or billed to my insurance. Afterward, I discovered a claim was submitted for services that I neither requested nor received. I was never informed that this visit would be classified as a clinical encounter, and I did not receive any medical evaluation or treatment to justify a bill. This situation raises serious concerns about billing practices. I request an immediate review and reversal of the claim, written confirmation of the withdrawal, an explanation for the billing, and assurances that corrective measures will be taken to prevent this in the future. If unresolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies.
I chose this service based on their claims of providing a real doctor. Instead, I was assigned a nurse practitioner who fails to communicate effectively. They lack a patient portal, leading to weeks of waiting for blood test results. When I inquired, I was told I would receive a call only if there were issues, but I never heard back despite concerning marks on my tests. I mistakenly thought the doctor I saw was my primary care provider, but he’s not accepting new patients now. Their communication is my main frustration.
I will never use this service again due to their perceived discrimination. We have been looking for a new doctor for my grandmother, but their advertisements suggest they only accept minority patients, which does not align with our needs.

This organization employs questionable practices, including hiring individuals who harass citizens with unsolicited calls, even those on the Do Not Call List. It seems they think that using such tactics makes them immune to accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.
I initially liked this service until a lab technician neglected to perform my thyroid test and discarded my blood sample. I had to return for another blood draw and was never informed of the results. Later, when I faced bladder issues, the same technician misdiagnosed me, leading to an emergency room visit. After experiencing delays and inadequate treatment, I attempted to follow up on my urine analysis, but never received a callback. I cannot trust this service and will not return.
