Everything went wrong that could go wrong. They do not answer after 48 hours , sometimes days.When you want a refund because it was sold under false pretences and arrived dirty stained and was only two buttons, up and down..Not at all like my old one which had 6 buttons and was shown working to the salesman. The foot rest came up above my head, but the back rest moved back verry little. As l have very bad eostioporosis this has caused much pain trying it out. It is impossible to get out standing as the back is at 90 degrees and it has risen to allow you to get out. Order number 00408117.They have agreed to waive the collection cost and give me a full refund. I still have no chair of my own as they can not give it back at the cost they charged to take it away. The foundation they said took the chair have not recieved it,l even sent them a photo. I have a cost of taking it to a foundation shop for £50 but l was not expecting to be without a chair as the company made many promises that the chair they would send was exactly the same as my old one.
