Excellent service from the gentleman that came I’ve already had dealings with them before I bought a bed which I’ve been very pleased with and that’s why I decided to buy a chair from them really good service from phone call to measuring to ordering looking forward to my chair arriving the qualitative my bed was excellent and I don’t see any reason why my chair shouldn’t be any different

Upon first reaching out for a brochure, the service was eager to arrange a visit from a representative. However, when the requested catalog failed to arrive, a follow-up request led to the suggestion of sending a rep who would bring one along. The representative was knowledgeable and helped us assess which chair would suit us best, but there was an immediate push for payment without offering a chance to try the chair as indicated in the catalog. We are currently in the 'with production' phase, so further comments will have to wait.
Initially, I was quite let down when my bath lift stopped functioning. However, a representative quickly arranged for a replacement within a few days and installed it. He made sure everything was working properly and that I understood how to use and maintain the battery. The service did an excellent job addressing the issue promptly.

The advisor was extremely knowledgeable, and after a 90-minute meeting, my parents decided to purchase two chairs in a style and color they liked.
