I ordered a dress that unfortunately didn't fit and was of lower quality than expected. The company acknowledged my return, but I haven't seen any refund yet. Automated responses have claimed the refund was processed, but that's not true. I haven't received any money or vouchers, and reaching a human representative is impossible. I've had to escalate this with my payment service. This has been an incredibly frustrating situation, and I won't shop here again.
