Edit to review: my original order was through John Lewis who were telling me it was o baby causing the problem. I emailed at 20:30 at night and got a response at 08:30 the next morning from o baby directly with an immediate solution. Thank you!Appalling service. My baby is recently out of intensive care and we have been sent the wrong item so I am being forced to cosleep as 5 days on I still haven’t had a response!
