On this occasion, they offered to send the missing parts, still framing it as a 'token of goodwill,' though. However, by that time, we were already in communication with the Amazon team. Despite their initial suggestion to contact Obaby first (curious, considering packing Obaby products was supposedly their responsibility), they promptly refunded our money upon learning that our initial request to Obaby was unsuccessful.
