Bed arrived broken. No one picking up the phone to get it sorted out.Edit: They called me back an hour later, after seeing the missed calls and were able to sort out the first issue (it turns out the broken parts were actually just caps that needed to be removed anyway, they were very tricky to remove though).Unfortunately, later in the assembly process, I found that the leg of the headboard was quite bent. Phoned up again and was offered a replacement but in 6 weeks due to not in stock. I accepted and bed is functional in the mean time. Good customer service but a shame the product was damaged (likely during manufacturing).
