I ordered a king-size bed, and while it took the full 10 weeks to arrive, it is stunning and well worth the wait. There was a minor issue with one bolt not fitting, but with a bit of help, assembly was straightforward. It would have been 5 stars if the delivery hadn't caused damage to my Victorian hallway tiles. The service was apologetic, but I’m still waiting for a satisfactory response.
I was sent a rusty bed frame. When the damaged plastic feet fell off, rust scattered all over my carpet. Returning it was easy, but they refused to refund the delivery and packaging costs, totaling £75, since the original was disposed of due to dirt and mould. They ignored the photos I sent showing the excessive rust. I do not recommend this service at all. I'm left to bear the costs. Shameful.

The retailer promised redelivery, which did not happen. Attempts to change the delivery address were ignored, and now I'm demanding a refund. Clearly, this company operates poorly.
I purchased a king-size bed frame and wool mattress, both in stock as advertised. Delivery went smoothly, and the mattress base was set at the highest setting for extra storage space. I was concerned the medium mattress might be too firm for my weight and condition, but it's quite comfortable. I chose this company because I dislike memory foam, and the wool mattress seems durable. Their customer service was very helpful before my order.
