Ignoring Warranty for Super MB Pro M6+ (Order #S/N: BD250214469459. I purchased a Super MB Pro M6+ from this shop 11 months ago. The device cost over $400, but now it has stopped working. I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but they are completely ignoring my messages.The device is still under its 1-year warranty, but the seller is clearly trying to wait until the warranty expires. This is unacceptable for a professional diagnostic tool shop. I have all the videos and photos of the faulty device as proof.I am warning all buyers: be careful, they have NO after-sales support! I will update this review ONLY if the seller contacts me and provides a solution or a return address for repair.
