My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I jumped in and bought the wrong device for my Range Rover, no question my fault; not researching the Autel MD806's suitability for the YOM. Contacted support and Sophia replied offering a solution to exchange, upgrade to the MX808S, okay so a much more expensive unit but the premium price didn't deter since this would cover all my cars. Have used the MX808S since and what a great unit. Good product and great support for the team, can highly recommend..
