I bought a heavy garden machine from OBI. I was going to order it from Amazon, but in the last minute because I had this 10% voucher, I decided to order from them. When I order heavy things from Amazon, they carry it about 40 steps up the stairs to my garden. It is “spedition”. It’s the very reason and the only reason I’m ordering this. I’m not going to the OBI market and fetching it myself. So today OBIs delivery man just dumped the stuff on the street on a palette and went. My husband and I have physical constraints , we should not be carrying such a thing. That’s why you order with “Spedition”I was going to give feedback to OBI but in the app I can’t get to the detail view of my order the app is hanging. And there is NO way of contacting support on the app. You can get consultancy for your garden etc but no mail, chat etc whatsoever to give feedback and report a problem.Next time I paying the extra few bucks and ordering by Amazon. They made a brilliant job with my barbecue and other heavyMachines.Get your stuff together OBI!Reply to OBI : my Amazon deliveries were never to the curbside. They brought it to my front door. I always gave the men some tip. This is the last time I am using your online page to buy anything heavy.
