Overall, it was a frustrating and unusual buying experience. I only ordered to get my nephew some pins for Christmas, but I will be avoiding wishlist items from this service in the future.

I absolutely love how fantastic the service is and the high quality of their plushies. I've only purchased two items (the Sketchpad Plush and the OSC Pin), but they are both impressive. Also, the shipping is incredibly fast! My items shipped within 2-3 days, and I'm thoroughly impressed! I'll definitely be shopping here again!
My order has not shipped after 8 months, and I am very disappointed. The customer service has not provided any meaningful updates and often leaves me without a response for days. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because I like the merchandise they offer. I wish I could get my order. Why was I overlooked like this?
I got my clock plush and I absolutely love it! It's fantastic! You should definitely trust this website; it's great! However, when I purchased the plush, I had to pay an additional fee of $42, making the total $106 for a plush that was originally $64. I'm not sure if all plushies are shipped from the U.S., but aside from that, the website is really cool!
