Bought a necklace and a pair of studs from this brand, really beautiful. However, an earring post arrived bent. I contacted them and the immediately arranged a replacement, so far so good! After around 2.5 weeks I was still waiting,so contacted them again...replacement now out of stock. Offered to wait, or choose something else. I chose something else,opting to pay the difference...but was going to be charged £4.95 shipping...for a replacement..not great, so I requested a refund which in fairness was granted easily. A couple of weeks later it has still not cleared in my account mind you. Update on the product...I decided to try and wear the earrings...the other post also bent trying to get the back on,and the head of the first bent post broke off entirely. I have never ever broken an earring before. Honestly I haven't worn the necklace yet because I am afraid it will also break,and it's so pretty I don'twant that to happen. Not sure about the quality of this brand, good customer service if you discount the fact they didn't let me know my replacement was out of stock until I asked.
