Bought a necklace and a pair of studs from this brand, really beautiful. However, an earring post arrived bent. I contacted them and the immediately arranged a replacement, so far so good! After around 2.5 weeks I was still waiting,so contacted them again...replacement now out of stock. Offered to wait, or choose something else. I chose something else,opting to pay the difference...but was going to be charged £4.95 shipping...for a replacement..not great, so I requested a refund which in fairness was granted easily. A couple of weeks later it has still not cleared in my account mind you. Update on the product...I decided to try and wear the earrings...the other post also bent trying to get the back on,and the head of the first bent post broke off entirely. I have never ever broken an earring before. Honestly I haven't worn the necklace yet because I am afraid it will also break,and it's so pretty I don'twant that to happen. Not sure about the quality of this brand, good customer service if you discount the fact they didn't let me know my replacement was out of stock until I asked.
If you're looking for affordable jewellery that looks way more expensive than it is, the OBJKTS is for you. I was dubious at first, but when my first order arrived, I couldn't be more impressed. It won't be my last order, that's for sure!
I had a disappointing experience with OBJKTS Jewelry. Before ordering, I confirmed ring sizing with customer service and was told the ring was true to size. This turned out to be incorrect, and the ring did not fit at all.
When I contacted them to resolve the issue and explained that the sizing guidance I received was wrong, they offered no solution, accommodation, or goodwill (such as an exchange, store credit, or future discount). For a brand at this price point, the lack of accountability and customer care was frustrating.
The jewelry itself may be nice, but based on my experience, I would recommend being extremely cautious with sizing and aware that customer support may not be helpful if something goes wrong. I am never purchasing here again.
This ring is truly beautiful! While I could never afford a genuine diamond, it looks just like one. The quality is outstanding, and I’m thrilled to wear it. It reminds me of a similar one my mum had, making it even more special as it feels like she’s with me 💞
I started by ordering two rings and was so pleased that I decided to get another two just a couple of weeks later. The delivery was impressively fast, and the quality is outstanding. Currently on holiday, I've been swimming in the pool and the sea, and the rings remain in perfect condition. I'm now excitedly searching for my next purchase!
I really didn't expect the ring to be this impressive! After reading numerous positive reviews, I was a bit doubtful, but wow, it looks absolutely amazing! It fits perfectly, sparkles like the real thing, and even though the stone is large, it feels incredibly comfortable!
