Ordered the Hera ring, reached out as was sent the Clara ring instead. Hoping this would be a simple process of me returning as the sent the item I ordered. Email this morning to tell me £4.50 to return ( this is their error not mine) and I can exchange for free. Sorry where is the sense here and the customer care! Your mistake so you bare the cost and send the ring I ordered as a matter of urgency! Really disappointed.
