They were very helpful when I was interested in taking the finance. However when I saw that the interest payments were almost as much as the car I decided to pay cash and they did not want to know. I have been in contact with four different people literally ready to transfer the cash for the car but no one will accept it. They will also try to force you into an additional 600 Euro premium warranty which is absolutely worthless. They will tell you it is a compulsory warranty however it is not if you have been coerced into this you can look into legal action as your consumer rights have been violated by what is called "tied selling" you could be entitled to a refund and compensation. Overall a terrible experience across the board even when I complained to their customer service they did not want to know. Unless you are looking at spending way over the odds in terms of interest on their finance agreements stay well clear the whole thing is a complete scam.
