I need to get DBS's dCS to settle my debt, so I call to OCBC to close all my account to proof I dont have any credit service from OCBC....Today I suddenly received their letter and closed my investment A/c w/o any clear or valid explanation. As a customer with them > 30 yrs, wit no history of fraudulent activity, no opportunity to rectify any alleged issued for this drastic action.... very disappointment with their rudeness and unreasonableness / such a lousy service I encountered never in these 30 over years, please please put money into somewhere else , don't use OCBC please, the most lousy bank in singapore
