OCBC May be a good reputable bank, bit it’s Indonesian arm would have to be ONE OF THE WORST IN ASIA. Their retail customer service under the name Tanya is simply a JOKE. they are very poorly trained and have no idea how to fix a problem. My case was to do with a money transfer that they rejected and charged me AUD20. The staff had no idea as to why it was rejected. I received the same silly email 12 times each time saying sorry for the inconvenience and I should call. Of course I did and it was like talking to a brick wall. No knowledge and totally helpless. I suggest you go to other banks. In my view BCA has excellent service and mobile Ap. OCBC bought pt commonwealth bank and simply destroyed it. I doubt if any of CBA customers are still with OCBC. GOOD LUCK oCBC. You going to need it
