Worst system ever. Their SMS codes don't work, their emailing support doesn't work. Every single problem you have, you have to 2 hours drive to the bank or you will go in circles calling the bank customer service who can do absolutely nothing to help for the simplest problems like accessing your mobile banking or making payments.Unless you want to waste your time daily doing simple banking, DO NOT open a bank account with OCBC.
