Hosam Hassam was exceptional. Very punctual & amended the pick up location to collect us , very warm welcome and even provided us with water to stay hydrated during the ride to see the Mosque , throughout the journey he educated us with some cultural history & kept his sense of humour . The experience was well programmed , well executed and surely a day to Rememeber . Aside from the experience I must say Hosam was a very warm character and I hope Ebru tourist has the opportunity to experience his customer service . Truly thankful.
